National Press: EPSRC funded Wearable Soft Robotics

Several national and regional newspapers - including The Guardian,  Metro, and Financial Times - have been reporting on the EPSRC funded Soft Robotics research project that the Future Manufacturing Processes research group are partners in.

The EPSRC funded research project aims to develop new soft robotic technologies that will help older people and people with disabilities to live more independently and with greater quality of life, and is part of a wider collaboration between six UK research institutes.  Our research within this concerns the investigation of an automated digitally-driven process for creating soft robotic actuators.
