Helen joined the Future Manufacturing Processes Research Group at the end of 2022 to help the research team with key administration tasks.
She has over 20 years experience in retail management specialising in shopper marketing, customer insights, learning and development, category management and strategy and planning. She is also co-founder of a digital Healthcare service.
